BC Provincial Nominee Program
The BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) offers an economic immigration pathway for in-demand foreign workers and experienced entrepreneurs who can contribute economically to the province.
Individuals nominated by the BC PNP are eligible to apply to Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada for permanent residence for themselves and their dependents.
The BC PNP offers the following Streams:
BC PNP Skills Immigration and Express Entry Program is intended for workers or international graduates with the skills, education, and/or experience required for high-demand occupations in B.C. It is an economic immigration option intended for people with the skills, experience, and qualifications needed by B.C. employers. This stream is designed for individuals who are committed to living and working in B.C. and becoming permanent residents of Canada
BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration Stream is for experienced entrepreneurs who are ready to invest in and actively manage a business in B.C The BC PNP will consider registrations to establish a new business, purchase an existing business, form a partnership with an existing business, and partner with a local or foreign entrepreneur to establish a new business.
You must decide on the specific type of business you intend to establish or purchase in B.C. before you register. If you plan to purchase an existing business or partner with a local business, you must indicate the specific target business or local partner in your registration.
